Meet the founder
Changing the odds for women who build

I spent years in consulting, earned an MBA and eventually became a founder. When I tried to build my first company, I realized that none of those credentials had taught me how to actually build, sell or raise capital.
Later, working in venture capital, I saw the problem from the other side. Talented women were entering entrepreneurship without access to the knowledge, relationships and experienced people that quietly shape which companies get the opportunity to succeed.
So I built Amela to make those advantages easier to access.
